Is a fruit roll up or chips less healthy? why?

i'd say chips are less healthy but the only reason i think fruit roll up is healthier is because it has the word fruit in them. but then again it does have a lot of sugar.
if you don't know just eat a real fruit to be on the safe side.:)

Both are processed and have preservatives, neither is healthy, but I guess if I had to pick one to eat it would be the fruit roll-up since it has less calories and fat.
Ditch the chips.

probably about the same although they are likr the opposites of each other you have suger with the roll up and carb and fat with the chips id eat the fruit roll up less fat. Then again I would eat both

typically the food item with the longer list of ingredients is more heavily processed and less healthy and nutritious. the human body is not designed to ingest massive amounts of chemicals on a daily basis. calories, fat grams etc. all take a back seat to the actual ingredients in a food item, that's what's really important.

Good question. I don't know but maybe the chips because it contains more fat. I'm sorry but this is a totally random guess.

I would think it depend on the chips. if your talking baked I would say the chips

chips usually have lots of sodium. Anyways, there's nothing wrong with snacks, but it's not good to eat sweets and lots of salts on a daily basis. Enjoy yourself and snack on your favorite treats, but do not over do it. :-)

I dont know, maybe be chips because if you eat 1, you cant stop so you keep on eating the fat..........

chips are wose, more calories, more fat, more sodium, more everything
fruit rool ups might have more sugar though
