Well, if you haven't started yet...DON'T!!! Cigarettes are much more addictive now than they used to be, I quit 14 months ago and I still crave them every day. Tobacco companies pack them with nicotine. PLEASE don't smoke, I'm 44 and it gets harder to quit the older you get. I wish I had never started...My friends that kicked HEROIN said it was easier to quit heroin than cigs, what does THAT tell you?

neither, tobacco kills! Take a drag from a cigarette. Swallow the smoke. Now put a napkin to your mouth and breath in it. Little to no yellow, brown crap. Now do it and breath in the napkin with the smoke in your mouth. TONS of yellow, brown crap. Imagine where the crap goes when you don't spit it out rifght away...
