How about a nice vanilla yogurt with fresh blue berries and a cup of hot green tea with lemon and honey instead? Or some good old oat meal with sliced strawberries and honey?

Well since you are a soul you can eat whatever you want and it may be good for you, only you know what you can and can't eat.......
Jehovah formed man out of the dust particles of the ground, put in him the force of life so that he BECAME A LIVING SOUL and gave him the ability to reflect the image and likeness of his Creator. Genesis 2:7.
Notice..... man wasn't GIVEN a soul, he BECAME a soul.
