Quietly pack a bag with id and other documents you might need, avoid getting caught in a bathroom or kitchen where you have no exits. Go to the cops, if you still have bruises or other damage, have them take picture and file a report. Press charges. Ask if there is a battered women's shelter or assistance program in the area. Most areas have them.
Continue with the legal proceedings even if he apoligizes.

Call the cops- hopefully they can charge him and take him to jail. If not, get away from him and file for a restraining order to keep him away from you. You need to leave him, divorce him, and move on. I know that sounds easier than it really is, but why would you keep putting up with this behavior. He will not stop, you need to find a safe place to go and leave him. There are shelters in most towns-safe ones if you dont have any family or friends to go to.

You are crying out for help right now which means you want out! So get out. Pack your stuff when he is not home and leave. Do you have family? Go with them. If not got to the cops and tell them you do not want to go home and need to go to a shelter. You do not deserve that at all. You need to get out and better yourself girl. Call the police,he will continue to beat you or kill you one day.Some time we can love someone more then we love ourselves. He want you to believe that you can't do anything.
He is loving the control he have over you. Help is there make a plan to leave when he is not there . Feel free to email me.

tell someone about it, tell your parents and friends that you can trust and that can keep it
i know he is your husband and you love him the thing he is hurting you and that is not love anymore.
if he hurt you again, go to the nearest hospital, have a medical certificate of the hurt or take pictures instead of the marks and call the police and tell them about it.
do not stay on a painful relationship, you dont deserve to be treated like that

OMG! I wll be praying for you! What you do is lock urself in a room and call 911! or if he's not home, just call 911 anyway! Or go to a neighbor if he's home... im so sorry! Just know that Jesus loves you! (or do whatever you can.... bite scratch anything to get away from him!

Who cares if he's stronger and older? Really who cares? Don't give him that kind of power. Have some respect for yourself and leave him or call the police to be escorted out of the house. No human being deserves to be treated like that.
I will tell you this, which most people won't. If you stay there and allow him to do this to you.......well then you deserve it.

if you are a christian you should go to god and pray that god will do something for you. or you can leave him . because if a man is mean like that then he is not a man worth having. because the bible says a man who finds a wife finds a very good thing.
