I was slipping on snow today, and I almost fell, but I kept my balence. This happened tons of times. And all the time, it made my back really hurt. Does this have anything to do with me keeping balence? Or what? Thanks

Your control of balance is in your ear canals. It isn't controlled in your back. But when you start to slip, most people's instinct is to try to catch yourself. Often, this is worse on your body than falling. So your back probably hurts because you contorted it strangely when you tried to catch yourself.

Your ears control your balance (well the inside of your ear)!

you strained muscles in your back trying to keep your balance, but your balance controls are in your brain.
