psychologic? mental? neurologic? whats the reason i feel like touched by someone? usually in hair or head. also feeled a touching to my upper forehead near to my hair

just a deceased loved one saying "good night." (Probably a mother, grandmother or possibly sister.) Their spirit is with you as you sleep.

Happened to me once, when I was exhausted from three days of moving into a new place, and I wasn't asleep yet but I thought the cat had brushed up against the top of my head with his tail. When I saw the cat across the room, I started wondering if there were ghosts in the new place! I don't have an answer for you, but I'm glad to know it's happened to someone besides me and I'm interested to see what kinds of answers you get.
I thought it might be neurological, but really I have no clue. God patting us on the head maybe?

mabe this is a psychological thing wen u fall asleep. people think and do weird things wen they sleep.
