Basic morals which all societies SHOULD adhere to is just to treat others as they wish to be treated by others, namely being kind, truthful and respect others. But I cant name the basic morals which ALL societies adhere to cause there's always a group of people in any given societies in this world who are just too self centered to give a damn about others.

I don't have a website to provide, but I believe some basic morals that many societies and cultures would agree with are don't murder, don't commit adultery, don't cheat or lie, honor your elders, be honest, and be a kind person.
