My best guy friend in the whole world likes this girl
and she is also one of my best friends
and...well everytime he likes someone ,we always talk about it
then..we end up talking about something else and well.. we usually end up flirting like crazy, laughing and having fun
we have an awsome connection and we hug allthe time
he have held hands once(or twice)
and we have had periods of time when we both liked eachother ...but unfortunately we have never been together

asking him to go on msn
call her
got to the movis with her
and so on
he hates the connection he has with her
i almost cried one day when he said to me"girlfriends come and go but you will stay with me forever(thats our motto)

Well if he and her are both your friends you need to ask yourself if you think she really likes him and if he really likes her, if you feel that you'd make a better "couple" or if you feel you like him more than you should tell him. It seems like you two would make a great couple if you guys have such a great connection. I think you should tell him that you want to take your relationship which is friends right now to the next level as a couple together. Good Luck

Maybe you should tell him how you feel. If he shares all this stuff with you, and he trusts you, then maybe you can make it work as a couple. Some friends are best left at just that, but some can make it work. Either way it goes, hope for the best.

well sometimes u loose that friendship when u become an emotional partner... so u have to think it over a lil more...wut u think would be best take the chance and tell him u want something else rather than just friendship and leave it to destiny, or u can be "romantic friends "

Hmm... only go a step further if you are willing to risk the awesome friendship you already have. If you are truly his best friend you would want him to be happy right? So if he likes someone else then support him.
You are really lucky to have a friend like him, and sometimes dating your best friend can ruin everything and then you will miss what you once had.

for sure he likes you. in his mind he wants to go out with you but doesn't as well. he is afraid he might lose because he cares for.if one day you guys break up he might lose you.
