Don't think it's all, but there were:

Quintus Iulius Probus
Titus Iulius Sabinus
Gaius Iulius Scaurus
Lucius Iulius Sulla

Probably more branches of the Iulius gens.

Of course it can. As the previous contributor said, it can go with other branches of the same gens, but if you plan to use it in fiction, don't be afraid to combine it with whichever cognomen you want.

And I guess the plural for cognomen would be cognomina (like in Latin) and not "cognomens"...
