Don't forget that HYPOCHONDRIA can affect any part of the body. Impending heart attack is usually associated with other symptoms.

A pinched nerve.

A good whack on the funny bone can do a number on you too.

There isn't any way that anyone on here could answer your question because we don't have your detailed familly/medical history or any diagnostic testing to evaluate. The fact that you have hypertension at your age makes your symptoms a bit more worrysome than they would be for others who are in their early twenties. Because of that, I would say it would be a good idea to go to your doctor instead of asking Yahoo Answers about your condition. Let me put it to you this way...if you called an Emergency Room at any hospital they would not address your concerns over the phone because they simply do not have the tools to make an informed evaluation. You may get people on here saying that at your age, it couldn't possibly be a heart attack. But there are cases of young people who are physcially fit and active in sports like football and basketball who drop dead from heart attacks while playing. Unlikely, yes. But it's up to you to take charge of your own health and if you want peace of mind, it can only come from a doctor who can make an informed determination based on results from tests and examination.
