(C) Honesty and (D) Manners (as in, knows how to treat a woman)... closely followed by (B) Intelligence.
But (E) Looks are important to a point, I mean it's hard to appreciate C,D or B if looking at him makes my stomach turn, ya know? Unless we remain friends. I could always use more good friends. ☺

Intelligence and honesty go a long way. If he is intelligent, he will understand the importance of good manners. If he is honest, I will have trust in him. I think those are really important things to build a foundation on. I am just wondering where the hard working and ambitious part fits... wealth doesn't mean he actually worked for it.

man without woman is incomplete, after he is married, he is finished.it is supposed to be an equal thing with neither being defined by the other, but with mutual support, having the whole being greater than the sum of it's parts.but in actual fact, it depends alot on a number of factors one of which is the culture involved the other is the degree of "want" in the relationship. God bless, gabe

I would have to say c. The next one would be b, but I dont like when a guy is too smart.. But honesty first. Looks dont matter, but with figure, I wouldnt want him to be too overweight.

Honesty and manners. Now, I also value intelligence and looks, but these are definitely not more important than my top two choices.

Well, my man has wealth (within reason), intelligence, looks and figure.
Seriously lacking in honesty and manners, so I'd say those two aren't that important to me.

honesty and manners. I would rather say "wealth" but I have learned that I don't like that type of guy.
I need a man thats honest with himself, me, and his/my family and I need him to respect everyone around him.
