I just has spaghetti on Wed. night using a sauce that had been in the fridge for that long and I'm here to tell the tale with no ill effects.

Sure will as long as it was tightly shut. When you reheat make sure the sauce comes to a boil to kill any bacteria.

If it has been sealed up the whole time yes. If no, no. you could get botulism. bring i to a full boil for 5 minutes just to kill the possibilities.
