, and considering that there is just as much factual proof to support radical Islam as there is to support radical environmentalism, and then considering both have the same agenda, the destruction of America, its freedoms, and its people’s way of life, then why do we tolerate the environmentalist pushing their religion into our schools, upon our children?

Good Question. They aren't pushing it past my front door. I mean seriously, what is worse than making a child feel like he is hurting his environment? Or that his parents are somehow degenerates for not driving the right car or planting trees every earth day? It's grotesque.

Not a very constructive argument considering that you do not define "radical environmentalism."

And what do you mean "it is illegal to teach religion in school?"

I have seen many religion and mythology classes. You may not teach religious beliefs as "truth," but you can still teach religion.

What "radical environmentalism" do you believe is being taught in schools?... That humans are putting large amounts of CO2 into the atmosphere and that this is most likely contributing to global warming? ... That's not too radical. It is supported by the vast majority of scientists.

[I know you. You can ask more intelligent questions than this.]

Religion is taught in schools. Just not as a fact.

Environmental problems are documentable, measurable, repeatable. They are definitely real.

Environmentalism is not against The American Way. What it would like is for a habitable part of America to be left to our grand kids, so they can continue to enjoy our freedoms. It is possible to find a way that is environmentally friendly and still has a good lifestyle. Or do you think we should just consume all the resources now, poison the waters and let future generation hang?

Are you angry because you were not able to finish school?

1) Religion is taught in schools, in electives and as literature
2) Environmentalist attack waste and unsustainable lifestyles, which the US exemplifies perfectly. This is self preservation, since it would take more than 27 Earths to support everyone in the world having a US lifestyle. This means the US way of living is just plain wrong.

5. At what rate have the rainforests disappeared over the past 100 years?

Teaching Religion in schools is perfectly acceptable. Teaching Religion in Science class is not. So, there must be a seperate Religion class. Maybe a Comparitive Religion class.

Maybe because environmentalism isn't a religion.
There's far more proof of global warming than there is of the earth being created by an invisible deity.
Face it.
Also, what's with this Islam thing? You believe your faith, and want it forced on the whole of society, yet you won't allow another faith the right to practice their religion in a country with freedom of religion.
Read the constitution.

i think of it somewhat is powerful to show out the variations of the worlds religions to scholars in a class room.Doing this enables us understand why human beings of diverse ideals behave the way they do. even if i do no longer believe that for the time of a public college device absolutely everyone faith or perception ought to study or labled as real or incorrect. Environmentalism must be defined the comparable way.featuring all aspects to the scholars without putting one's very own stamp of approval or disapproval on those techniques enables our toddlers to make knowledgeable judgements and back to their very own conclusions fairly of blindly following the "form of the 2d" or making judgements based soley on thoughts.
