I'm not an atheist, but personally, I refuse to believe that anybody goes to Hell. I think that the bible talking about Hell is just something made up to scare humans into worshipping God. And as for those near-death experiences where people claimed they've been in Hell(Bill Wiese, for example), I believe that yes, Hell may be real and he may have really been there, but I think God was just scaring Him and those "people" who he seen, I think either God made him believe those were people or they were fallen angels who shape-shift into suffering people. I refuse to believe that a "loving" God would just let someone be tormented in Hell forever without end and without hope. If they are in Hell, I believe there must be an end to the suffering EVENTUALLY.

We have all heard of a time in Heaven when the lion will lie down with the lamb. I don't take this as a literal thing but a spiritual. The lion is Jesus the judge of the quick and the dead, ruler of all. Into his hands is entrusted the Lamb's book of life where in your name must be written for you to enter into Heaven. To those whose name is not written there in to them he will say, "Depart from me you worker of iniquity I know you not." These are the ones that will be cast into hell. He came first as the lamb, the supreme sacrifice, and the next will be as the lion, the eternal ruler and the supreme judge of man.

In Revelation, there is an end to Hell, when it and death are cast into the Lake of fire which burneth forever and ever and where the worm dieth not.

The video is based on a false premise that God is trying to direct his creation with threats and rewards. Its all about relationship ....

While Christians affirm unequivocally that God is essentially good and loving, it must be emphasized that complementary to these attributes is the characteristic of justice. A loving being that ignored evil or that treated bad acts and good acts equally would not be good. Hence, if God is good, then God is also just - he must treat evil as evil. So, if any creatures merited the existence of hell, then God could remain essentially good and loving by giving them justice, even if that means sending some creatures end up in hell.

Another misconception has to do with how one is "sent" to hell. Often objectors claim that God randomly picks people to be damned as if on a whim. Additionally, they envision that the one sent to hell is absolutely innocent in the matter and had nothing to do with the outcome. On the contrary, Christians have long held that hell is a choice that is made by the one who arrives there (e.g., in Matt. 7:13-14 Jesus says those who choose the broad path walk to destruction). Essentially, then, God does not send people to hell. Rather, people send themselves.

A final misconception about hell is that it is a place of physical torment and torture. Rather, most Christians have understood these descriptions to capture symbolically that hell is final and utter separation from God's saving grace. Some Christians, like C. S. Lewis, take hell to be a real place where sinful people make themselves miserable. Similarly, thinking of heaven as a place of hedonistic pleasures is wrongheaded as well. In fact, those who choose hell would not enjoy the pleasures of heaven since those pleasures essentially flow from a right relationship with God. The choice is relationship - Not threat or reward.

Everything has an opposite. For every top, there is a bottom. For every front, there is a back. For every inside, there is an outside. Just as there is a heaven, there surely is a hell. It's senseless to believe that you can enter the gates of heaven but not believe that it's possible to enter the gates of hell.

You are a hard one to understand, you believe in God, which is a good thing, but at the same time you believe in one that fits your needs. Surely that the God who created all this did not do it to say Ha I love you and do as you please and when you die you get to go to Heaven. That would not be a very fair God and it would not be one I would want to serve. Basically that would be survival of the fittest, and since I am disabled I would lose for sure or life would be miserable at best. Thank goodness thats not how it is. Jesus died on a Cross for you and me. He died to wash away our sins. The Bible says sin separates us from God, as long as we have sin in our lives we cannot go to Heaven. But when we accept Jesus as Lord and Saviour, our sins are washed away, and our blood stained heart becomes white as snow. When God sees a saved or Born Again person all He sees in the Blood of Jesus that was shed on the Cross at Calvery. Praise the Lord. All we have to do is believe on Jesus and all our sins is forgiven, we don't have to worry about hell, it has no more power over us, but if you are not saved, The Bible says that when you die you will face torment for all eternity. A lake of fire is the end result. I accepted Jesus into my heart many years ago, You can accept him today, right now, if you believe. If you can confess that you are a sinner and that you need a Saviour, and you believe Jesus arose from the grave the third day to can be born again and have eternal life in Heaven, just pray this sinners prayer of faith believing in Jesus with all your heart, just pray Dear Jesus, I know and confess that I am sinner in need of salvation. I believe you died on a cross at calvery and arose from the grave to wash away my sins, I ask you right now to come into my heart and save me, I pray this Prayer believing in the name of Jesus Amen. If you prayed this prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of God, rejoice that your name is written in the Lambs book of Life. Jesus will now send his Holy Spirit to come and live in your heart and guide you into all truth. If you made a decision for Christ or have any questions, Please send me an email, God Bless YOU!!

So do you believe in hell or not? You say you refuse to believe in it then you turn around and say it may be real. Which is it?
Also, your assumptions are great and everything but assumptions don't change reality.

There are some christians that believe that people don't go to hell. And that hell was closed and that is complete and that those who didn't accept Jesus as their savior, just die and nothing else, they turn to dusk their bodies die they have no everlasting spirit.
Personaly, I don't know, but some people believe that.
I get your confliction though.

What you think God would do is not important. What is important is what God said He would do.
