The truth is that some people don't like to admit that they have kinky sexual desires. But we all do! Most people just don't talk about them. Other people never, ever let people know what turns them on sexually.
You are obviously in touch with what you like. If you can be in a healthy relationship with a man or woman that accepts you and doesn't mind fulfilling your sexual needs, thats good!
Don't worry about what everybody in the world thinks about your private life. It's none of their business anyway.
The most important thing is that you figure out who you are, what your real sexual identity and orientation is and be on your way to finding some one that you can share that with.

Hey, there are no laws against guys wearing panties! But, my first question to you would be if I walked into VS and saw you delicately searching through the panty section, I may ask "Are they for you?" lol You know, panties for men is not uncommon...lots of guys wear these, mostly in secret though. Who wouldn't want to wear them? You can't beat some sexy, soft lingerie next to your skin. Who's to say a masculine guy can't feel the same? I'm sure there are many girls who would find this an ultra turn on. We already know boxers are not sexy...they are loose, and unflattering. Overall, you have to admit, that girl's clothing is so much more attractive and comfortable than a mans. Would I think you wearing a bra was weird? Probably, but not wearing panties. Just remember, if you aspire to follow any other rules of the female gender, ALWAYS match your purse and shoes, and, NEVER wear white after Labor Day!

Traditionally, in this culture, yes, you are considered to be weird and bizzare. However, it doesn't matter what others think, what matters is how it makes you feel......and the fact that all of this is legal, LOL.
Women's panties were made for? Women. You've got it. So that is weird. And traditionally, the man is supposed to be the one that disciplines. Now this submissiveness may not be considered to be bizzare, at least I don't think so. But the panties definitely meet the criteria.
If it makes you happy, go for it! You'll just have to find a good way to tell your partner about it if you haven't already, LOL.

No. It means you need to look into your past and how your father and mother interacted or whoever your parental figures were.
Wearing womens panties is not weird, it's a fetish. To like domineering women is your preference. Doesn't make you a sissy or anything.

In the eyes of the public you would probably be labeled as weird but honestly how is it any different then girls who wear boxers to bed, a pant suit, a tie, etc. That's the sad thing about living in a double standard world. Do what makes you happy.
