I've had chills, a fever, headache, as well, and feel horrible! Does this sound like the flu?

those are certainly symptoms of influenza....suggest to you that you drink at least two liters of water daily, keeping yourself hydrated helps your body to fight off the virus. Get a lot of rest, take tylenol for fever and aches, and when any nausea you may have passes, eat yogurt two or three times a day...the virus kills most of your normal intestinal bacteria, that's why the diarhea, eating yogurt puts the bacteria back in your system and will end the diarhea sooner.
Most of all, stay home until you are well, you can spread the flu to others for up to two weeks after symptoms begin to abate.

the flu is a virus like the cold. diarrhea is from another area. it's possible to have 2 viruses at the same time or a reaction to the meds. drink lots of fluids and rest.
