I am 30 years old, smoker. EKG and stress echo came back normal 3 weeks ago. Could it be stress. I have been feeling like this for along time. Been to ER to. No one knows. I am scared but ER has not done any good.

The test didn't cause the pain.
Don't take any chances, get yourself to the ER ASAP.
Both your symptoms are warning signs of a heart attack.
Is better to be safe than sorry.
Do not drive yourself.
Have someone else take you there!

What did the tests show? If they showed normal readings and you still have the pain, it may be upper gastroentestinal. A build up of gas can push up on your diaphram and cause sever discomfort...I hate to equate it to this, but did you ever see the movie Necessary Roughness? That guy had this exact thing.
