People with long faces, because the long hair makes the faces look longer. However, the long hair wouldn't be a problem if they just got front layers that shaped the face. It's not really about the length of the hair, it's the way the hair is worn.

Really skinny people should avoid long hair. It can make you look sickly. Likewise, corpulent people should go with longer hair. Too short hair on a round face emphasizes it's shape and can make you look fatter than you actually are.

ok, i dont think long hair looks good on old people, or people over the age of 60. It drags the face down.

people who don't care for it properly, don't fully condition it, don't brush it. It also depends on the style i mean if it's all the same length with no fringe and just a straight part it look awful. but if it's different colours and lengths with a fringe it looks so much better

Well my boyfriend calls ma Ramy Brandhouse so maybe me. He could be jealous as he has short rather thinning hair though! Lovely big hair! I think only people with very small heads and who are very very skinny look bad with big hair.

Part of it is often because they simply don't take of it.
Having long hair doesn't mean they shouldn't keep it properly groomed and such.
