Yeah. Almost everybody has them.
As a Catholic you need to understand that it is the bible that follows Catholic teachings, not the other way around ... since the Catholic church preceeded the bible by some 400 years ... and the bible is the product of Catholic sacred tradition ... which is the way the Holy Spirit has always guided the church, from the very beginning.
Only protestants claim to FOLLOW the bible, because protestants popped up 1100 years AFTER the bible was written ... they changed the bible to suit themselves ... they built a whole new religion around it ... and then they reinterpreted the scriptures in light of their totally new faith tradition, to mean whatever they want it to mean ... and now there's over 50,000 different "flavors" of Christianity and over a million "little popes" out there.
Meanwhile, Catholics still have one, consistent, universal Christian faith, with the Pope as the supreme earthly leader, with Jesus as the head of the church, and the Holy Spirit as the arbiter of all divine truth ... and this is precisely the way Jesus set things up in the beginning.
You obviously failed to note that the very first thing Jesus did after he rose again from the dead was give the apostles the power to forgive sins ... something which is absolutely necessary if one ever hopes to defeat the forces of evil that still dwell on this earth.
You obviously also do not understand that Jesus personally instituted each of the seven sacraments, in order to dispense massive quantities of grace to the members of his church ... grace that is absolutely necessary to accomplish the personal mission that God gives to each and every Christian.
Based on all this, I doubt you're even Catholic ... but if you are ... send for my free Catholic Resource CD and it will straighten you out real quick.
In the mean time, study the Catechism, paying particular attention to the citations found at the bottom of each segment, which you can use to correlate Catholic teachings with the scriptures:

My religion has no mediator.Forgiveness depends .If its a transgression against a person that person needs to forgive you and if its against G-d then you must get forgiveness from G-d. I think that the wine and bread thing is symbolic cannibalism.

You're starting to step out of your box. Good job! Keep searching. The journey is much more important than the destination.

Do you enjoy putting down other Christians? It's because of people like you that others leave the faith.
