Yeah, that and a nice Chocolate Cake. You have to consume them together to create the weight loss effect.
Stop worrying about weight loss and start loving yourself the way you are.

Red Bull is a stimulant. It increases your heart rate and makes you feel like you have energy. I would equate it to a couple cups of coffee. For weight loss, it may make you move more which burns calories, but wouldn't be a long term diet plan. From a health class I took, I learned that weight loss is connected with some simple facts. Calories you take in minus the calories you burn. There are few ways around that, and they are usually more damaging than helpful. Most of the damage you cant see to your internal organs. I have had trouble in the past with this, and I tried some pretty radical things. I am older now and having issues with my kidneys, and other internal organs.
My advice would be to check with a doctor. They can offer you advice and assistance.
Another option is to really focus on the veggies (I know, cant stand them myself), stay off the sodas, get your protein, and exercise. A good website to try would be fitday.com. Here you can get a visual picture of the calories you are taking in. Bottom line, just be careful.

It certainly revs up your metabolism for a little while, which would burn calories faster. But it also contains a lot of sugar and carbs, and the boost doesn't last very long. So, on balance, I think drinking red bull would cause you to gain weight. That is in addition to all the blood pressure and heart problems caused by drinking too many stimulants.

Supposedly, yes, as it does give your metabolism a boost. But if you're taking in as many or more calories than you're burning, it isn't going to matter WHAT you drink. If you want to use it to aid weight loss you should probably consider the sugar-free kind as it only has 5 calories or so.

it will increase your energy, but not help you lose weight, you will still get hungry and Red Bull is full of sugar and caffeine which is bad for your female parts! In small amounts its okay but too much will raise your sugar levels, and caffeine levels to a dangerous high

Actually it can; IF YOU LIVE ON RED BULL ONLY AND 1 tomato a day! You'll drop the pounds like Madonna on the loose at Harrods!
That'll be about 750 calories a day!
Go for what you know. I lost 50lbs in 2 months. I ate a tomato and a bowl of water everyday for 8 weeks! They'll say "OH,,that's not healthy" and it's not; but here's the "Skinny" so to speak! IF you only do it for a couple of months; then start up eating fruit, and start working veggies there, and a couple of months AFTER that; your ready to start "Food Combining". Don't know IF you've ever heard of "Food Combining" but it's the HEALTHIEST way to not "DIET", but to "LIVE".. That's why the book I'm going to recomend that you read, cover to cover, as many times as you have to, until you get with the program is: "Fit For Life" , by Harvey & Marylynn Diamond. No relation to Neil. Old time health guru's out of the Southern California hippie scene from the late '60's. Although things have changed; they were a little more into heath back then down there; we were too busy dropping Acid, and dancing to the free Grateful Dead shows in Golden Gate Park to pay attention to our health; besides; what does a 16 year old hippie on LSD care about health... They are/were WAY ahead of the curve// It would take too long to explain food combining; just let me say, it's more of a way of life than a diet.. I got pretty healthy with it; and I don't follow ALL the rules. But, dig? That's the beauty of the thing..you don't have to measure out stuff. or weigh it, or anything like that, you just eat until your full, then you stop.. And, you can eat whatever you want...nothing's out! You just can't live on it anymore..see/??
You can "Fake it 'till you make it" with this deal here>>>
So, groove on it IF you can; 86 it IF you want; but I garantee it works wonders and you don't JUST lose weight, you get fkn' healthy..it's a trip how well, and fast this will happen; man or woman..
I know you'll take a look at least; won't you???
Bye bye now!
I put 3 different links to the book..it's cheap, although I finally went out and got the "Hardbound" version, it's in Paperback for about 5 bucks the last time I checked,
AND, when you get that down, they came out with "Fit for Life 2" about 10 years later..and they both have a full month's worth of recipes,,,in case your not that creative; but you will get that way..I did, and was amazing people that had only known me to call in the pizza man! 'Cause I like pizza,,,Man!

Red Bull is just a caffeine loaded drink. It is NOT a diet drink. Skip the fad diets and miracle weight loss shakes - the only tried and true method is sensible eating, with the accent on fruits and vegetables and regular exercise. The only thing that will get skinny with all those "wonder diets", drinks and pills is your wallet.

I suppose it can in a way if you are starving yourself, as this would provide with energy if your'e not getting any from anywhere else, but I don't advise this as red bull and energy drinks alike can damage your liver.

Not unless you drink it instead of eating a giant ice cream cone and therefore get fewer calories. Regular red bull actually has a lot of calories and sugar. You would be better off with diet soda or tea.

Diet maybe. I doubt the regular. The carb count in that stuff is through the roof.
It does increase your metabolism so it should burn calories quicker, providing you don't increase your caloric input (again i am talking the Diet, not the regular). It also puts stress on your heart and circulatory system and could cause problems like heart disease and things like that.
I think coffee would be a safer substitute if you were looking for a stimulant.
