In Spanish, the word SABIO means sage.

Sage = Sabio

The = La

Spice = Especia

Sage the spice = sabio la especia

My guess is that it is called "salvia". I'm not positive.

P.S. It's not "sabio". "Sabio" means sage as in wise. It's not the name of the spice.
