Some happy reading below.
They are both baptist denominations or groupings, and seem to hold to mostly baptist doctrines and practises.

The duck river etc. baptists seem to have a mix of Calvinist doctrines (similar to reformed denominations) and more traditional baptist doctrines.

The two seed baptists seem to be mostly defined by an anti-mission stand based also on Calvinist thinking. The idea would be that since God elects people unconditionally, mission doesn't make sense, because people are either elect or not by God, and no amount of human mission effort can change that.

In my own view, both God's election and man's responsibility are scriptural and true. God's election can never be an excuse for man to be lazy in his/her own faith life, or not interested in the salvation of others.

My own denomination (Canadian Reformed) confesses this, and a very good additional reading is the Canons of Dort. We came across an issue in a study on Hebrew 6, and found (among others) this in Canons of Dort I Art 13:
"It is therefore not at all true that this doctrine of election and the reflection on it makes them (ie. elect Christians) lax in observing the commands of God or falsely secure. In the just judgment of God, this usually happens to those who rashly presume to have the grace of election, or idly and boldly chatter about it, but refuse to walk in the ways of the elect."

Got a bit longer winded than I had thought, but I hope it's helpful none-the-less!

If you may have purchased into the rhetoric of sixteenth Century Protestantism, Lutherans and Anglicans are the one present faiths to preserve the constitution of the religion they declare to wish to have reformed. If you're watching for well occasions rock and roll and somewhat theatrical exhibit... any of the craze-type non-denoms or Evangelical-Pentecostal bible-belt church buildings will fit your needs. If you're into New Age guruism and a long way out guy-made stuff... check out New Age Gnosticism, Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormonism, Millenarianism, Darby-influenced Dispensationalism, or any of the opposite slightly a century historic cults that experience sprung up for the period of the snake-oil interval of the 1800s. Don't fear approximately discovering those men, they'll come knocking, supply you literature, and invite you to a "prayer provider".
