It's spanish!! Te echo de menos mi amor means I miss you my love, and yo te amo means I love you
although normally you would say te quiero instead of te amo.

TE ECHO DE MENOS MI AMOR is same as I miss you mi amor is my love , te echo de menos is no too common it is the same as te extrano in Spanish and that is a more commun expression , te amo means i love you but in a more passionate way , you say that to your boyfriend girlfriend, wife husband, lover , but you don't say that to your sister or brother you can but is kind of weird , to people in your family or friends you say TE QUIERO and that also means i love you,,,

"I miss you, my love"
"I love you"
It's Spanish.
(And the first sentence is correct Spanish, but I don't usually hear it put that way.)
