to your sake, your families sake, and your friends sake, do no longer turn anorexic. there are maximum of undesirable issues that take place to your physique while human beings are anorexic. AND, once you initiate eating returned, your metabolism would be gradual which you will benefit each pound returned. I reccomend which you initiate a wholesome weight-help plan which includes end result, vegetables, protein (fish, hen, *ward off pork-severe Cal.*) and so on. get rid of or maybe THROW AWAY each and all the pop, chips, and undesirable stuff you have on your place to no longer be tempted, and finally, initiate working as a pastime/interest, or bypass to the well-being club and artwork out. There are sooooo many extra effective strategies to shrink weight than being anorexic. in case you choose suggestion on the thank you to consume/work out, deliver me an e mail- i for my area opt to help!

Anyone can be anorexic. It would take maybe a year or two.
And you will gain more weight before you lose it.
So just eat a little less, and exercise a lot more. That will work.

I would say not, since anorexics are people that eat nothing or next to nothing. If you are thinking of anorexia as a way to losing weight, I'd advise against it. You will develop all kind of body image distortions, wreck your health, and be a very not happy person.

if you eat less than 1200 calories a day i would consider you anorexic because that would mean you have anorexia but might not have body dysmorphia (though i don't know your hieght so i can't say)

Are you asking because this is your diet plan? Change your question, and ask again, if you want intelligent answers, ask intelligent questions.
