Believe it or not vegetable pizza is pretty healthy. You hit all the food groups. Use a thin crust, or an English muffin or pita (Whole Grain, of course). Use light cheese and loads of sauce and veggies.

unfortunately you need a little bit of everything to actually survive because there really is no "magic food" that will sustain us. However, if I had to pick one, I'd say an apple. You know what they say, An Apple A Day Keeps the Doctor Away.....

ICE CREAM!!!!1111

Ok maybe not... seriously now.
I think probably one of those italian concoctions like lasagne or bolognaise since they have pasta, meat, vegetables etc... Isnt that everything you need in 1 dish?

If you're talking about 1 specific item of food then I would probably have to say rice.

I would say sushi with low sodium soy sauce. It's fish, it's got protein, carbs from the rice, and nothing is processed or un-natural. it's not even cooked so all the nutrients remain in the fish, and it's uber yummy if you ask me.

yeah, it's celery

Celery literally burns more calories chewing and disgesting than it contains. Although it offers no real nutritive value, you can put some light ranch or something on it (but don't go CRAZY on the ranch), and, well, there ya go.

I would say.... Bean Curd or Tofu. It provides protein, vitamins, is essentially healthy for your heart and blood and when cooked right tastes delicious.
