Gen 4:17- 24
Cain's geneology

Now, keep in mind:
II Peter 3:8
"But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day."

1 day God's time = 1000 years of our time
___________________
Gen 1:27
God created male and female together on the 6th day (all together!)

1000 years passes,
Gen 1:28
"......"God said unto them, "Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth......."

Gen 2:2
God rested on the 7th day

another, 1000 years pass

Gen 2:7 the day after, sometimes called the 8th day creation,

God created this one individual man Adam
from whose lineage the Christ child would be born in the future, 4 BC

So, mankind in general, male and female were created on the 6th day of God's time (1000 years) together and told to be fruitful and multiply,
God rested on the 7th day of God's time (1000 years)

Now, God forms this one individual person named Hebrew eth-Haadham,
that we call Adam,
then Eve created Gen 2:22
Both on the 8th day, after God rested

Cain was born
of Eve & Satan,
Cain expelled Gen. 4:16

When he was expelled, there were many peoples on the earth that were created 2000 years earlier from which Cain could choose his wife.

If you read, you will see that the Bible states that beside Cain and Abel, they also had a son named Seth and "many other sons and daughters". As they were the only peopl at the time, God permitted intermarriage within the family. If you read through the Bible, you will find that over the first 1/3 of the Old Testament God continues to increase the restrictions on such marriages as the population grows.

According to the Bible, Cain was 130 years old when he killed Abel. At that time there were already enough people on the earth that God had to mark Cain to protect him from Abel's children, grand children, and possibly even great-grandchild from taking revenge on him.

Cain's son Enoch, who was born after the murder of Abel, is only mentioned because Cain would build a city that shared his name that would be important later in scripture.

Adam & Eve were to populate the earth- the Bible only mentions these 2 sons because of what happened--- If they were to populate the earth they had MANY children which would mean that Cain married a Sister

"And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch." (Genesis 4:17)

What wife? At that time only Adam & Eve, Cain and Abel existed on the Earth. The only possibility comes from, either a grave omission from the Bible, or his mother Eve served as his wife. The second possibility would mean incest.

After Cain killed his brother, God protected him by setting "a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him." (verse 14). Considering the earth supposedly had only Adam's family, who should kill him? And what kind of mark could have protected Cain? From the absurdity of this story, it should not surprise why anyone would read into it what they wanted. Certain inane beliefs resulted such as the common belief that the "mark of Cain" meant the dark skin of the "Negro" race.

If you read the first two chapters of Genesis in their entirety and take all of it literally then you will understand.

The first chapter tells of "Elohim" created MEN and WOMEN - both genders in the plural. Not until later did "YHVH" create Adam and Eve - both genders in the singular. Adam and Eve were not the first humans - they were the first humans that were spoken of in detail in the Bible, but there was already a population of people on earth created by Elohim - something/someone completely different from YHVH.

For the 100th time-Adam and Eve had many other sons and daughters the Bible says. They married siblings. There was no law at that time. What we consider incest today, was the only means of populating the earth then. The gene pool was perfect. It was the only way to marry. It was not illegal for another 2500 years.

If you look at a few science sites on the web you will see that all of human kind came from a single female ancestor and a single male ancestor the problem comes when you realise that the female is 150,000 years old and the male is only 80,000 years old so according to science Eve was the first and lasted 70.000 years until Adam turned up and ruined everything.

Don't you even know the Bible? Adam and Eve had more than two sons. In case you didn't notice, sexual reproduction wasn't really that big a deal in the early stages of Genesis. Adam was all alone in the garden but still managed to get some companionship in the form of Eve.
