I don't think rockets and "non lethal force" are compatible. Sure the rocket might not explode but there is nothing that can guarantee minimal penetration. So therefore, I would just go for something with a little kick and save the formalities for the morgue.

IT shows a complete lack of knowledge and understanding on your part.
