Will the front and rear seats out of a 2001 maxima fit a 1999 maxima?

Look at the plugs under the seats see if they match. Some 2001 had the switches for auto drive posistioner that moves the seats steering wheel and mirrors for the driver by the three buttons on the drivers door panel with extra plugs that one will not excange to 1999

Nope, the two year models are totally different. The 1999 is a 4th generation maxima and the 2001 is a 5th generation, totally different
