From the Dream Dictionary...

Sister: To see your sister in your dream, symbolizes some aspect of your relationship with her, whether it one of sibling rivalry, caring, protectiveness, etc. Your sister may draw attention to your family role and sense of belonging. It may also serve to remind you that someone in your waking life has characteristics similar to your sister. Alternatively, your sister may be a metaphor and actually refer to a nun. In this case, she may represent spiritual issues.

Stab: To dream that you stab someone, indicates your fear of betrayal and your untrusting nature. You may be too much on the defensive.

Woman: To see a woman in your dream, represents nurturance, passivity, caring nature, and love. It refers to your own female aspects or may also represent your mother. Alternatively, it may indicate temptation and guilt. If you know the woman, then it may symbolize the concerns and feelings you have about her.

Murder: To dream that you witness a murder, indicates deep-seated anger towards somebody. Consider how the victim represents aspects of yourself that you want to destroy or eliminate.

Jail: To dream that you are in jail, suggests that you are feeling restrained or censored in your work environment, relationship or situation in your life. You are feeling confined and suffocated.

Tears: To dream that you are in tears, signifies that a healing of some sort is taking place in your life. The tears symbolize compassion, emotional healing and spiritual cleansing. Alternatively, tears may indicate pain.

You are worried that your sister is going to get in to trouble or suffer from something going on in her life and you aren't able to help her. The ocean is how much you want to help and the space that keeps you from helping.
