Give Mom a break, she doesnt want anything to happen to her little girl.
Its a good thing, you would feel horrible if she didnt care.
She has more experience in lifes hard lessons, just go with the flow.

Okay, you're living at home, and your mom is still treating you like a child. What can you do? Be honest - do you still want to be a kid, no rules, no consequences, lots of fun? If so, then you have to put up with her rules, snooping, telling her where you're going, etc. And be honest when you tell her what you're doing and with whom. (It will be BAD if she find out you lied)
When you're ready to grow up a bit, it will be time for you to sit with her, tell her what of her rules you can abide by, and then show her how adult you are by taking on more responsibility around the house, or offer to call her to check in (before she asks), basically, earn her trust, and then maybe you both will have a more adult equal relationship.
Sometime this works, and sometimes moms will continue to see their kids as "kids".

You live under her roof, you do what she wants you to. It doesn't matter if you are 18, 6 or 30 for that matter. Move out if you need to feel independent (and pay your own bills).

your mom is taking things a little too far... HOWEVER.... you ARE still under her roof! so unless you want to move out and get ur own place i would say just try to do what she wants. it is a pain yes! but you are living with her.

wrong. you are not supporting yourself. you are still financially dependent. that's the problem. if you pay for your own place you won't have a curfew. you have to get imdependent to get control of your own life. until then your mom can do whatever she wants. think about the consequences if you go without her permission. what is going to happen and is that ok with you?

The best thing for you to do is move out. I mean she cant stop you from moving out now. Dont move to far away but move out of the house so she cant control your life.

yes, i think you should. but first you should talk to your mom, she is overprotective probably because she thinks that you too young and can protect yourself. so i think you should talk to her and let her know that you are old enough to protect yourself already, and one day, you will need to be independence.
