I rarely go to the mall I went yesterday. I've changed my ways for about 4 months now.. NO fast food or soda!! been 4 months clean... I tried having a cheeseburger last week and It just made me sick! I can't believe I used to eat that and that much...my husband asked me if I wanted to order food I just looked around at the people in the food court who were mostly big..with big soda drinks and big food containers and platters I was like,"NO THANKS" I refuse to go back...!!

If you're saying I"m judgmental maybe..but mostly with past self yes...just like they say hindsight 20/20!! Maybe it takes seeing this to make me realize that.

It's amazing, isn't it?! And people wonder why they are overweight!! There is such a discrepancy between how much people THINK they eat and how much they ACTUALLY eat!!

OMG, yes, the food court is the worst! After watching the movie Super Size Me, all about McDonald's food, I think I've taken the kids there twice in a year. And I totally agree that the food makes you feel worse after you eat it. And greasy, too.
Another horrible place are those buffet restaurants (like Sweet Tomatoes, or Country Buffet). One time I had to leave 'cause all the people had 5-6 plates of food, and could barely fit in the chairs.
Now, I'm no supermodel or size 5, but I'm starting to care about what I put into my body. Seems like you do, too! Wish there were more like you out there! :)

I just quit eating fast foods too! I used to eat out all the time, but since I broke up with my ex I've been trying to be healthy and stopped eating fast foods. I still go out to eat, but only at restuarants that serve healthy salads and meals. No McDonalds for me! I don't touch that stuff anymore! Isn't it sad how people can get a double cheese burger from McDonalds for $1, but for a decent salad you will pay over $5?? That's why America is obese. People can't afford to be healthy! I'd rather starve then put that crap in my mouth tho.

Don't be so judgmental. You don't know what's going on in their lives. It's not your place to say or think anything.
I'm sure there are a lot of things that you do that disgusts quite a few people as well.
Well stop acting like you're better than others just because you lost weight. I've lost a ton of weight myself, but you don't see me prancing around like I'm suddenly better than people with their own personal health problens.

Check out any "all you can eat" type smorgy. Of course its none of my biz. Besides, coffins are super sized these days, as are hospital beds and wheel chairs. Sad, though.

Last time I went to the mall, my friend had four tacos and half of one of our other friends! I was like, "How can you eat that much?'' His response was, "Um, I don't know?" I was all set with my one taco.

I know what you mean. I live in Vegas and occasionally go to some of the all you can eat buffets at some of the casinos close to my home. while it may look good on paper, you aren't supposed to eat all you can eat...lol
