That 60% agreed to amnesty if the illegals had committed no crimes, learned English, paid fines among other requirements.
That's where that 60% came in-
Illegals that hadn't been convicted of any crimes and that could learn English- I think people responding to that survey thought that was a rare enough combination to not worry about how many illegals would actually get amnesty-
How many could actually meet the criteria?

sure, as an American i DO help amnesty! why-bedause a number of those ppl have been right here for some years. I dont help amnesty for ALL immigrants, yet sure for people who've adapted and changed to the american existence & way of existence. sure, many have toddlers, vehicles & properties right here and not all of them are on welfare (plus its the american toddlers who receive gvmt. courses, no longer actual illegals who qualify). sure, taxpayers pay for public centers, yet we pay for alot of different ridiculous taxes we've not got any say over. No its no longer real, yet thats u.s.. If unlawful immigration grow to be this manner of burden to the US than i garantee u, there wouldnt be thousands and thousands of them right here. FYI, do u understand the expenses of processing or making use of for a visa/residency/citizenship? properly it may bypass into the hundreds for one individual, so think of the fee for a kinfolk (who gets the money uh gvmt.) Your taxes help each little thing & in the experience that your youthful adequate u will probable by no skill see SS monies, so deal w/it that u.s. for you. unlawful immigration has the two execs & cons, even if it form of feels u merely are asserting the undesirable. do you certainly need the opinion of absolutely everyone who doesnt have the comparable opinion as your very own, i think of no longer it form of seems such as you're attacking than surely commencing as much as new comments. the two way that's what it somewhat is, solid day & God bless you!

BS that's a lie. It's not the LA Times look at the address. It's the Latin Times. Try a nation wide news for your figures. It's more like 12%. Most of us hate the idea much less the ILLEGALS!

That is not what the nation wide poll shows. I would imagine if I went into the area full of illegals and their families I could reproduce those results with no problem. Hope that clears it up for you.

My question is,how can an illegal qualify for an amnesty where he cannot have broken the law to qualify. They're all criminals,so I guess none of them will qualify.

If that were true, the politicians would grant amnesty before the ink was dry in that pro-illegal newspaper, and you know it.
