Taking 3 to 6 high strength odourless 3,000 mg garlic oil capsules every day would help. Garlic is both an antibacterial agent and an antimicrobial agent and is very good for people with sinus problems.
A multivitamin every day would also help and some extra vitamin C every day as well. Up to 1 or 2 gm of vitamin C a day would be a suitable amount or even less.

What you're seeing probably is a combination of all of the above. And the stress from going to school and raising the girls cannot be helping.
There are two things I do that I'm very sure keep my husband and me from actually falling ill: I douse my toothbrush with alcohol in the morning to kill any nasty little germs hiding there, and I wipe down my bathroom sink and toilet with diluted Lysol in the mornings.
I understand that echinecea is good for boosting the immune system. But you don't want to take this if you're allergic to ragweed.
You'll want to make sure you're eating a good balanced diet, and getting plenty of water and plenty of rest- or as much as you can, anyway.
A lot of people swear by garlic supplements, and I think they might be right: I use a lot of garlic when cooking.
If time is a factor, you might want to invest in a crock-pot. You can use that to make good, healthy soups and stews, and pot roasts. And have dinner waiting for you when you come home. I think that might help you more than anything else.
Good luck!

I would suggest a really good diet with lots of foods high in vitamin c. Like tomatoes, citrus...and then beta carotene too like in sweet potatoes.
Also be sure to exercise. That helps boost your immune system and strengthen you up!

when I commence to get a chilly or have one, I take 2 pills of nutrition C 3x an afternoon for 3 days and it thoroughly wipes it out by technique of boosting up your immune device. Afterwards, I take one pill an afternoon to keep it going. you are able to take a million or 2 pills an afternoon of nutrition C to spice up it up and keep it solid. it fairly works, I promise.

Echinachea (check spelling!) tincture is available in most health stores. I take it if I feel a bit under the weather rather than all the time.
