I'm talking of those who ignore the Sermon on the Mount, the central tenant of Christ. And what Christ would have done if attacked by Al Qaeda. "Love you Enemy." It's hard to be called to be a Christian. If you can't do this, you're NOT a Christian. WWJD? Never make war.
We need true Christianity, not Christianity for political gain.

Like a sport, martial art, or skill christianity requires practice. In sports and secular society its called practice. In spiritual circles its called meditation, prayer, and focus. I read a sign today that said "If you pause to think... you'll pause to thank" It all boils down to the fact that any good christian will do just that. Take time to reflect, meditate on the word, and speak to GOD. WHen that is done GOD will advise you guide you and lead you down the right path.

That being said, many talk a good game but just like in sports there are people who just wear the jersey and think thats enough. i.e. so called christians who believe that talking a good game (firing all of your hispanic workers...Romney) will make you more christ like.

Real Christianity is a way of life! It requires of those who follow it everything. Total submission to God's wil.
This is the reason there are not many 'real' Christians. It's a tough road but greatly rewarding at the end.

Its sad to know that Christians act the way they do:( The flesh wants what it can't have & these people suffer not getting the blessings of God because they are to busy trying to satisfy it. You are right we all have more we need to do study to show ourselves approved unto God a workman that needeth not to be ashamed rightly dividing the Word of Truth. I @ times hold my mouth when it comes to telling others about our blessed Lord & all the wonderful things He has done for me, being on here is showing me that there are so many out there who are hurting whether they like it or not need God to hep them w/their hurt & loneliness. Only Jesus can help them & they need our constant prayers.

Well said. This results from people following what church leaders say instead of the example that Jesus gave. It comes from worshiping a man when they should strive to emulate him instead.
