I Cant Find A 60Gb Anywhere! , Why Has The 60Gb Dissappeared?
Any Of You Know When It Would Be Back On Sale?
Does A 40gb come with hdmi cable an eathernet lead and everything i would need?

Sony have discontinued production of the 60GB model. They issued a statement in October that it's due to "consumer feedback", and the aim was to lower production costs & the retail price with the 40GB model. So, the 60GB has quickly become rarer than a Nintendo Wii. If you're lucky you may find a store somewhere that hasn't sold all the 60GBs yet - otherwise the 40GB is the only option in the UK for now. It's basically the same as the 60GB - the main thing missing is backwards capabilities with PS2 games
Sony PlayStation 3 40GB package includes: console, wireless SIXAXIS controller, AV Scart Connector, AV & USB cables. An Ethernet Cable is not included. You can currently buy the PS3 40GB online with a free HMDI cable for £279.99 (or get it with a game or an extra controller for £299.99)

The 60GB PS3 has been discontinued by Sony for months now. The 60GB PS3's aren't coming back. The new 60GB PS3's online usually sell for more money than the 80GB PS3, so if you get one, you will spend more money on it.
The sellers know that the 60GB PS3 is one of the most desired PS3 because it has the same features as the 80GB PS3, but it has full backward compatibility with PS1 and PS2 games.

They have stopped making the 60gb and are bringing out an 80gb version. I would not buy the 40gb as you cannot backplay on it. lol

nicely, fairly, the version between the former 60 and 80 gb fashions vs. the hot ones, is that the older ones performed PS2 video games, be conscious: 60 gb is reported, performs better PS2 video games

my partner bought at 60gb playstation 3 at argos in november, it is really good, I would recommend the playstation 3, if they are not selling them anymore I would suggest ebay, they have everything.
