Nope they are stickers using the colors that the troopers wear.

No, the have three bands of color. Some don't even list the state. Only you would know what the sticker was for. The site may, and I say may give some money to the troopers but I looked all through their site and didn't find anything.
I think it really stinks when somebody uses public organizations to profit for themselves. Some of them say "They woulodn't be getting anything if it weren't for us". While there might be some truth in that they are only giving a couple of penneys on the dollar. They are making a personal profit from the risks and lives of others. I think that is a good description of SLIME.pp
