my man and i are 22 years apart. i am 26. we have our differences and issues but we love each other. and when he was your age i wasn't even born yet. but with him being 18 just becareful . dont get pregnant because that will set off parents to press charges. make sure your parents know about him at all costs, if you sneak and they find out again the consequences may be dire. if they dont approve dont sneak.

I would say yes. Does that mean any answer besides those that support it will matter? probably not.

the age consent for any sexual acts is usually 16, but depends on the state you live in. you ma want to look it up.

The responsibility levels of an 18 are much greater than those of a 15 year old. Plus, his levels of freedom are probably higher. this can cause trouble in a relationship if one partner is able and wanting to do something and the other is not.

You may ask yourself, would you date a 13 year old? If that seems creepy, think about the other way around.

AGE DIFFERENCES MATTER MORE THE YOUNGER YOU ARE

No, it's not too much of an age difference, but there IS the possibility he could get statutory rape charges against him, if he were to do anything sexual with you, since you are a minor and he is an adult. There is something called "age of consent", which means you can legally have sex. It depends on where you live though..some states in the US are 16, some 17, etc. And even if you are still with him when you reach the age of consent, there is no reason that you have to start having sex with him then either.

I don't see anything wrong with you dating him, so long as he isn't/doesn't abuse you in any way, and you two don't have sex until you are of legal age. If you are that interested in him, then waiting won't make a difference. Also it would probably be wise for you to have a talk with your parents about him..might be better to have him there with you as well.

He should be very afraid, and if he is your friend you should not put him in a situation like that, because it can ruin his life and yours. it may not seem like the age difference is not that far off but he is considered an adult at age 18 and for him to date you at 15 would just be wrong and he can get into alot of trouble and end up in jail and have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life and im sure you dont want that and he should not want that for himself either. if you like him just wait until you are of age to date a guy older like when you turn 18 maybe he will be single and you guys can date then but wait don't get the young man into any trouble. and bring any embarrassment on yourself or your family.

If you ask the mother of a 15 1/2 year old girl...........then yes. truth be told, I was 15 and my BF was 18. We have been together 21 years and married for 13. He's the best thing that could of ever happened to me. Of course, I git pregnant earlier than I would have like and ended up putting college off till later than would be ideal but all in all...........it was great...still is. If its you (15yo) just be careful.

I dont think so, i mean seriously my little sister is 15 and a half and her bf is 18 and he takes good care of her. lol i would kick his *** if he didnt but that beside the point. Just be careful and remember the law. 16 and 17 yr olds can have sex with 18 yr olds and they call it consensual (which means you said yes) however younger than that and its statutory (rape). There are further stipulations to the age differences in couples but i think that those are the two that pertain to you the most. Just be careful and dont let it be public knowledge is you guys decide to have sex until you are atleast 16. good luck

Please try to understand that no matter how you feel toward each other, while it is a great thing for you to be involved with an older guy, his peers look upon him as a LOSER for dating a 15 year old. He will be viewed as having something wrong that he can not relate to girls his own age and must settle for a child.

He should be afraid because you are still under age and if many go worry he will be the one facing the penalty. So go and look your age group or wait until you are 18.

Well chick. If you ask me, I would talk it out with him and let him know how you feel. If you really want to date him, make sure he knows that you really want to be with him. If you guys want to be together then go for it. All I say is, age is nothing but a number. Hope I helped you out.
