I wonder how many people on here have gotten there info from a reliable source?
Mormons are kinda family crazy actually, there whole religion is based around strong family ties.
but seeing how Mitt Romney isn't going to force his religion in any ones face , (separation of church and state(yah its crazy but Mormons follow the law too.)) but I'm gonna say he would be family friendly should he be elected.

They are two faces on the same agenda. When you vote Republican you are not voting for a man but for an agenda. The president is only a 'spokesmodel', the real policy is made by a shadowy cabal of policy-makers behind the scenes. This is why GW Bush made such a good candidate for the GOP, a man with no policy ideas or agenda of his own, who would just read what they put in front of him.
Haven't you noticed that all the major Republican candidates have all the same positions and opinions on all the same issues? Those are the official party positions. Ron Paul is the only maverick, and the party leadership hates his guts, because they can't trust him to fulfill their agenda.
I do believe that Romney has a bit more integrity than Giuliani, but that's a low bar, isn't it? They're both buying into the agenda, which is the concentration of wealth, corporatization of America, polarization of the people, and 'win at any cost'.

The best way to know the answer to that question is to look at how friendly they are to their own families. MItt Romney, who is married to his original wife and has a good relationship with his family. Rudy Giuliani, who is married to his third wife and doesn't get along with his children. Who is the most family friendly in the way he acts?

I don't know if that is true about Gulianni or about the Pope, so I won't comment on that.
Yes Mitt Romney is a strong family man and believes that families are essential to a strong society, so he will be a family friendly president.

Yes, I agree that Romney would bring some seriously wholesome values into the white house. But I agree with the other poster who said that he won't have a chance because the Republicans are dead in the water after W's antics during the past 8 years.

I don't think the GOP has a prayer for putting another president in the White House in 2008.
