The Isrealites (The chosen stated in the Old Testament) don't believe Jesus is the savior. Does that mean they don't get into heaven?

Being Jewish, I can tell you for a fact that the concept of "chosenness" does not imply any sense of superiority.
After all, Judaism is the ONLY religion which teaches that ALL moral people merit heaven, regardless of their religious beliefs, afiliations, or lack thereof.
Choseness does imply a special uniqueness.
Historically, it goes back to Abraham. Abraham lived in a world steeped in idolatry, which he concluded was contradicted by the reality of design in nature.
So Abraham came to a belief in God, and took upon himself the mission of teaching others of the monotheistic ideal. Abraham was even willing to suffer persecution for his beliefs. After years of enormous effort, dedication and a willingness to accept the responsibility to be God's representative in this world, God chose Abraham and his descendants to be the teachers of this monotheistic message.
In other words it is not so much that God chose the Jews; it is more accurate that the Jews (through Abraham) chose God.

God's chosen people are all those born of God, the elect, the saints, the ones who Jesus has given the right to become children of God, the sheep, who Jesus laid down His life for, the true worshipers of God, those who have the Spirit of Christ indwelling them, those who have been adopted into the family of God, the ones who have received the biblical Jesus as their Savior and God.
Yes, these are the only ones who go to heaven.

God's chosen people are Abrahams children.

Galatians 3:16
Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

Galatians 3:29
And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Galatians 3:7
Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

All of the Children of Israel that followed the Law up till the time of Jesus are saved.

The entire world MUST ACCEPT JESUS now.

John 10
1Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
2But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
3To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
4And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
5And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
6This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.
7Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
8All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
9I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

God's chosen people are CHRISTIANS. Who ever where ever that accepts Jesus is God's chosen.

If you are Christ's you are a Christian. You are part of the promise.Because you are now considered Abraham's seed because of your faith for believeing in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Pretty much every religion says that its followers are God's chosen people. Of course, they can't all be right, but they can all be wrong.

That depends on which religion you are talking about. And yes each religion says that.
