How will she react?

I have a friend who is a girl who I really really like. At first it started with me thinking she is pretty but not much else but I have really fallen for her personality. I think (if i remember correctly) she just finished a relationship.

I have fun around her - I hope she feels the same way, she smiles a lot and laughs a lot (causing me to laugh and smile), however I am doubtful she would want me as a BF.

She is smart and a logical thinker - although maybe she isn't giving me signs she wants me like that because she is smart and scared to make the first move (this girl must have an iq between 120-130).

I act like she means a lot to me but put on a lot of self confidence but it could possibly look like I view her as just a friend - although I have sent her a few messages telling her stuff like she means a lot to me and I can't remember the last time I have smiled or laughed as much as when im with you so I think she gets the message.

Any ideas where to go from here?

Be more honest, you already open the doors, but what scares me for your chance at this relationship, is that you'll do the classical bs and just pine over the girl. THATS NOT GOING TO WORK!!! Instead you need to be deep, you need to think deep, and you need to find some sort of purpose you guys could share. Like helping each other to understand each other, this world, and find some sort of purpose that brings meaning to it. Its just to realy make a relationship work, you most go deep then just the love, you most apply it. You need to understand her, as she needs to understand you, so I say my frist thing, be more honest, your doing good buddy.....
