i tried splat and it works great but with washes it goes away.

There is no such thing as a permanent bright colored hair dye, only semi permanent or demi permanent(which lasts a bit longer than semi). The two best dyes are manic panic and special effects.

Go to a beauty supply store. They have a variety of hair colors (including blue, pink, purple, etc). The dyes are professional and are a lot cheaper than boxed dye.

Im from Britain and over here we have hair dyes called Schwartzkopf Live Hair Colour there so good. Really bright and in your face PERMANENT too,I love them. X
