You know what, I believe so. Whenever I prove a better point for evolution the die-hard Christian need only to mention the ever powerful ever wise /true/ world history book that is the extremely old, corrupted, altered, and controversial Bible.

Nobody's going to admit something like that. I think they "feel" God exists, rather than thinking about it from a logical standpoint. Everyone likes to be a part of something greater - it's in our human nature. People who live in a world where everyone tells them a particular god exists are likely to believe it too, and may not be as critical about it. It's often hard to change beliefs. The phrase that puts it best (and that I hate most) is "You just have to have faith"

God exists.

What I feel has nothing to do with this basic truth.

An atheist can "expose" all the arguments at their disposal and it will not change that very simple fact.

The power I do feel is in knowing the truth. Since truth can not be disproven, the only arguments an atheist is left with are false.

I do find it sad that so many atheists try to employ logic with a false premise; beginning with a negative assertion just to see them sputter from one fallacy to another until they self destruct. That is to say, "God does not exist" and soon afterwards to say "you can't prove a negative". Why then make a negative assertion? Insanity? Yes, I do believe it is.

No, I just kind of feel sorry for the person working so hard on something they supposedly don't believe in. I don't believe in Zeus, but have yet to spend much time on his non-existence.

I hope /some/ of them do. Otherwise I'm just randomly mashing keys for no reason.

Apart from the mockery aspect of it, of course.
