if you've worked say a year and paid tax your quite welcome to take back what you paid in. i've been a migrant worker myself and i hated it! 6 months in britain was more than enough so i came back to ireland. i didnt go for the money i went for a change of scenery but it was the biggest mistake of my life. no friends no family totally the outsider, nobody could understand a word i said so sitting on a park bench one day with everything i had in a hold-all i looked left i looked right totally lost until i found west and i started walking untill i hit the docks and landed back on terra firma. all i'm saying is cut your losses and run! without seeming like an intellectual but in feudal japan muderers and rapists were tattooed with their offense across the forehead so they could be ostracised my only offense was being from the north of ireland with a thick accent, southern irish didnt want to know me because they felt i queered up thier patch. at least as a polish person you have plenty of community groups. have yourself a polish christmas amongst your people come the new year go home to poland for good and never look back.

if you are homesick then why dont you go home? illegal immigrants should NOT be here. they think they can come over here and get our women pregnant and then stay. its nasty, for them and the women doing it. i wish we had laws here like they have in mexico. that might stop some things from happening. look them up, if Americans go over there and wave their countrys' flag, they go to jail, no questions, then they are expedited, no matter how long you live there, you can never vote or own land. its too bad we dont have the same thing going for us, if you cant come here legally and respect our country and learn our language, then get the heck out!!! this is a very touchy question, and then adding on it that you are homesick? hope you arent looking for sympathy or anything. wow, looks like i cant say anything nice about them. sorry.
we should all stay in our own countries and close our borders, maybe that would help a little. just live off of we can get for ourselves. as far as natural resources.

I like the immigrants I have met ( there you are something positive)
However; the government is to blame for letting millions come to the UK, this was wrong and the biggest mistake in 2000 years of the now UK history. Most UK people are sore about this gigantic mistake.
For example ,2,000,000 Muslims in an old European culture like the UK is a deeply depressing thought to most real UK people, just ask them if in doubt

Go home then if you're homesick, lol!
Something positive? OK:
Smaller scale, controlled immigration can contribute greatly to a country by bringing new traditions, skills and diversity.

I think you guys deserve respect, doing jobs some stuck up english people will not do and would rather stand in a dole queue. I mean which is the most degrading??? working and earning a living or standing waiting for state hand outs. I know which i would rather be, though can we really blame the people wwhen its our country that makes the rules and allows people to behave in this way. People are obviously going to take advantage when all you have to do is sign your name and the rent gets paid with housing benefit and you get a cheque in the bank each week or month. Good on ya 4 trying!!!!

I love immigrants. My grandma was an immigrant, came through Ellis Island and raised a family. Salt of the earth.
The ones that sneak in and steal identities to work are NOT immigrants. They are temporary residents awaiting repatriation.

Yes I like Legal Immigrants, like my Grandparents, great people who came here from Poland. They were good people, came here legally, worked hard, raised their family, didn't mooch off America, payed their taxes, payed their bills, didn't commit crime. This current batch of "immigrants" I can't say too many nice things about though.

immigrants are welcome if they come to add to our country, live by our laws and integrate into our society rather than forming ghetto's, committing crime and bumming from the system.
immigration is not really a huge issue, the issue is, what those immigrants do whilst they are here. There is good and bad in all folk, including us.

Ur not the only one feeling the negatvity surrounding this administration's failures-americans are moving to other countries more and more since Bush took office...A SPLIT AMNESTY WOULD CURE THE PROBLEM!...the question is why is our government weak and unable to solve the immigration problem-we are all sick of it already...everyone in Washington are weak...it's a national shame.
Anywaz-life is great so don't despair-change will come...and good luck to ya...
