English ===> Canada, Merry Christmas
French ====> Le Canada, Joyeux Noel

Natives ===> Kanata, ____

There are lots of other native languages... and they don't celebrate christmas.

Well we speak English up here even though French is our second language mostly English is spoken.

So we would say Canada and Merry Christmas or in French,
Canada and Joyeux Noel.

May the joy, hope, peace and love the season has to offer be with you and yours.

If you say Merry Christmas very slowly and very loudly, they will understand. The guy at the border crossing said "Welcome to Canada!"
