You are on the right track with the fruits & veggies. Also, make sure you drink water. Tomatoes are especially good for skin because of the antioxidant lycopene. The same goes for all bright red and orange veggies, lots of vitamin A which is good for skin.

However, the absolute best route to glowing skin is by exercising, especially cardio. Cardio improves circulation and results in increased capillaries in the skin.

Vitamins A E and C are important for healthy skin. Viatamin A is known to block UV rays that are harmfull to skin. Vitamin A can be found in summer squash, spinach, carrots and cantelope. There are a bunch of chinese herbs that are thought to improve skin. One for example is wintermelon which is thought to improve circulation, detox the body and improve skin apperance. Check out the following link about herbs. You can get the foods at an Asain market.

I've recently been told that food affecting complexion is a myth and it has more to do with oil content and cleanliness. That being said, I'd say avoid greasy foods.

Brussel sprouts, oatmeal, strawberries, blueberries. Those are just some I can think of off the top of my head.
