Water. Lots and Lots of water. Drinking Milk or anything acidic (Orange Juice) may upset your stomach more.

You can also try any flavor of Cotton Club soda's. As a little girl, I was sick often and the doctor recommended this type of soda. The ginger-ale seems to calm the stomach.

Just water - see if you can keep it down. If you can keep it down, try some clear broth - try chicken broth or chicken stock. There is a thicker clear beef soup, but I cannot remember what they call it.
Then make up some jello and if the soup went over OK, try a little jello and see if that upsets you or not.
Once you are Ok with jello and about a day has passed, you might be ready for other food - just think about it a little first and be sure the thought won't make you ill - after a day on liquids, though, most people are starving and ready to eat!

I boil some chopped fresh ginger in water with some chopped garlic and honey. Ginger is great for intestinal infections, flus and stomach ailments. If you like you don't have to put in the garlic if it's too much for you. But in asia, drinking hot ginger water in the morning keeps you healthy and builds your immune system. It protects you from stomach flus too.

Hot tea with honey. Sip it - don't gulp it.

Warm, flat ginger ale will work, too. Again, sip it - don't gulp.

If you want something cold, crush up some ice and chomp on the chips until your stomach settles down.

Hope you feel better.

I'd definitely avoid anything citrusy (orange juice, grapefruit juice). When I was little and had a flu, it was Ginger Ale and flat coke.
