My guess is the switch is out. Although, I know some cars do have one fuse for High speed, and one more for the rest. I'd check the fuse panel.

The mixture door as they could call it, is the two broken, or the cable that shifts that is stretched or something. Or somebody disconnected the heater center hoses to the heater center. seem on the engine, and see if to procure 2 tubes that have not have been given a hose linked to them. then it is your answer. And likely, while somebody does that, potential the heater center has a leak in it. desire those concepts help some. solid success.

It is more than likely the blower motor resistor part# 4864957 $43 should be readily available at your local dealership.

Blower motor resistor is burnt out.
Its not a hard process to change. Just time consuming. You will need to remove almost the entire interior heater box housing to get at it....

My guess is the rheostat switch to control the blower motor speed. i.e. High-Low-Medium, 1-2-3.
If you have a automatic climate control, there is a temperature sensing module that could be bad. Check with your local auto parts store, they should be able to help you out. AutoZone has been very helpful for me.

Either the switch is bad or the blower motor bearings are bad. I'd replace the switch first because it's cheaper and easier.
