Also remember that when you sit in a car your vision will deceive you as to how much room you have. Mainly because ofthe dimensions of the car and where you are seated, you will tend to think you have less room on the right-hand side than you do on the left hand side.

To try to get a feel for the dimensions of the car set up empty plastic trash cans in an empty parking lot.

First, creep up to one directly so you know how much clearance you have in front of you.

Second, do the same this time angled to the right. Try to tap the trash can with your left headlight.

Third, repeat, this time angle left and try to tap the trash can with your right headlight.

Lastly practice a "slalom" course. Place 3 trash cans in a straight-line, each about 20 ft apart. Drive at a speed of about 10-15 mph and try to "zig-zag" between them.

The smaller the car, the better. I couldn't pass with my car, so i borrowed a little Toyota from a friend and had no problem passing :-) Good Luck!!!!!!!!!
