The canine conception rate is nowhere near 100%. There are a LOT of reasons why the female might not be pregnant.
However, it is a good idea if you assume that she is - feed her, etc, as if she is pregnant. You won't need to do much differently for the first couple of weeks. Typical gestational period is 59-63 days, and the female's nutritional needs increase greatly in the last half of that. You don't want her to lose condition before she whelps. as she will sap her reserves producing milk - and improper feeding of the female WILL decrease the nutritional quality of her milk...
Just keep watching for subtle signs of change in her body and behavior - and in a couple of weeks you can also take her to the veterinarian for a pregnancy test.

Ultrasound imaging can detect as early as 17 days and nearly is always by 21 - 26 day of pregnancy. By the 24th day ultrasonic evidence of heartbeats may be found. The best day to get and ultrasound is the 25th day after last breeding. By day 30 uterine enlargement begins and any Vet can feel the pups. I would say no she is not pregnant. It is a good possibility she is displaying this behavior due to false pregnancy. If this is the case it is better to treat her as normal until the situation corrects itself.

It's not one hundred percent she is pregnant, though, it is very likely. Dogs sometimes tend to mate a few times after the first time, just to get the job done.

It's never 100% but there is a great chance she is.
Take her to the vets in about 4 weeks to have a check up and ultrasound to be sure in the meantime do a lot of research in welping and raising pups. If you need any more info email me.

There is a very high chance that she is now pregnant because unlike female humans whom only have one egg to fertalize at a time, dogs have many eggs which can be fertalized at a single time, thus raising the chance that she is pregnant.

Most likely. You should not just leave them to breed, you should always be there to supervise the whole situation. Mark on your calendar the 2 days they bred, and count 58-65 days from both dates and you'll know approx when they are due.
There is no 100% when breeding dogs.

Wait...your dogs mated and then you are just asking how to become a dog breeder a few questions above this??
Shouldn't you have done the research BEFORE you decided to do this?
Thanks for adding to the dog population! Ever been to a shelter? So sad, so sad......

Highly likely. Didn't you ask about how to be a certified dog breeder? Wow, sure you are fast about breeding your dogs.
What breed are your dogs (I assume you are breeding purebreds). Have you had them tested genetically and physically? Are you showing your dogs? Are they both champions? If any of your above answer is no, I don't think you should breed your dogs. You obtain your dogs for companionship, not for breeding stocks.
