every time im nervous i get a feeling in my stomach.... like i feel like im gonna be sick... can anyone tell me whats up with this?

That's common. People usually refer to it as "butterflies in your stomach." For some it is a light fluttering, but others get nauseous. If it troubles you a lot, then that might mean you have an anxiety problem. That can be treated with medication.
